3mbrace Health
3mbrace Health is an Amsterdam-based movement to make women’s health part of every workplace and every conversation. We believe that when women know where to find help, and when the people around them know how to offer it, everyone benefits. That’s the world we’re working towards.
We support organisations across the Netherlands and Europe in creating environments where women can thrive through every life stage, from menstruation and motherhood to menopause (the “Three Ms”). At the heart of our work is a growing community of health experts who deliver our sessions inside companies, bringing knowledge, warmth, and lived experience directly to the people who need it.
But our mission goes beyond the workplace. We’re committed to bringing women’s health education to everyone, so that women feel empowered to seek support, and so that the men, colleagues, and loved ones in their lives know how to show up for them. This is about breaking the silence, together.
Womanship
Womanship is a verified, connected holistic health community, built on the belief that women deserve a space to talk about the things that don’t get talked about enough – health, hormones, motherhood, ageing, and everything in between.
The spark was a simple observation: despite how much women talk, the conversations that matter most often go unspoken. Why? Shame, embarrassment, and the very female trait of not wanting to burden others. That realisation has grown into a living ecosystem… a safe space where women can share openly, and health and wellness professionals get found by the people who need them.
For professionals, the approach is simple: working together to build, rather than marketing to our own echo chambers with weekly event posts, a professional directory, and more.
Womanship brings your Health Talks & Webinars to a community genuinely engaged in women’s health and natural wellbeing, and offers CNM graduates in active practice a Founding Professional Membership, free for 12 months, with a verified Directory listing, visibility within the community, and promotion of their own events across our channels. So we thrive together.
